Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, and no-shows, may be charged up to the full price of the reserved service.
Late Arrival
Please arrive on time. Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled to protect the next client's appointment, and will be treated as a late cancellation.
Refund Policy
All service purchases are final once the appointment has been completed. Membership and package purchases are non-refundable; included services must be used within the active billing period and do not roll over. To cancel a recurring membership, contact us before your next billing date to avoid the next charge.
Health & Safety
For your safety, please let us know before your appointment if you are pregnant, have any skin conditions, infections, sunburn, or open wounds in the treatment area, or use retinoids, Accutane, or other medications that affect skin sensitivity. Waxing services require a parent or guardian's consent for clients under 18. We reserve the right to decline or modify a service if it is not safe to perform.

How should I prepare for my Brazilian wax?
Let your hair grow to about a quarter-inch (roughly 2 weeks of growth) so the wax can grip properly. Gently exfoliate 24 hours before your appointment, skip lotion or oil the day of, and avoid caffeine or alcohol beforehand if you're prone to sensitivity.
Does it hurt, and how can I make it more comfortable?
Waxing involves brief discomfort, but our natural, strip-less wax is formulated to be gentler on sensitive skin than traditional strip wax. First time or been a while? Just tell us — we go at your pace and walk you through every step.
How often should I get waxed?
Most clients rebook every 4 to 6 weeks, in line with the natural hair growth cycle. Regular waxing over time tends to make hair grow back finer and sparser.
What should I avoid after my appointment?
For 24–48 hours, avoid sun exposure, hot baths, saunas, swimming pools, tight clothing, and intense exercise. Skip retinoids or exfoliants on the area for a couple of days to let your skin recover.
Can I get waxed during my period?
Yes — just use a tampon or menstrual cup beforehand. Skin can be a little more sensitive around this time, but it won't stop us from providing a full service.
What if I'm on Accutane, retinoids, or other medications?
Certain medications thin the skin and make waxing unsafe. Please let us know beforehand if you're using Accutane, prescription retinoids, or similar treatments — we'll help you figure out the safest option, which may mean waiting until you're done with treatment.
What's the difference between a Brazilian and a Bikini wax?
A Bikini wax removes hair just outside the panty line, keeping most hair intact. A Brazilian removes it all, front to back, for a fully smooth result — the choice is entirely yours.
What kind of wax do you use?
We use 100% natural, strip-less wax, applied at body temperature and removed without cloth strips — designed to grip hair, not skin, for a gentler experience.
